Low Pressure Fitness

Low Pressure Fitness (LPF) is a training system founded by Dr. Tamara Rial and Piti Pinsach of the International Hypopressive & Physical Therapy Institute.  LPF combines the basics of the hypopressive technique, myofascial stretching, and neurodynamics with advanced exercise science methodology.  LPF system directly targets the deep core musculature (multifidus, abdominals, pelvic floor, diaphragm) and its synergistic function. LPF trains the body as a unit using postural and respiratory tasks while lowering intra-abdominal pressure. This holistic approach can be very beneficial for those suffering from core and pelvic floor weakness, prolapse, and low back pain. We are currently teaching this technique on an individual basis at this time.
