We love being an active part of our local community and taking our practice beyond the studio walls.

During the summer, we offer outdoor yoga classes at The Eddy Hotel and Golden Wellbeing Collective, allowing you to practice in the beautiful Colorado sunshine. We also host weekly pop-up classes at The Training Spot in Genesee, providing unique opportunities to experience yoga in different settings and with new friends.
