All Levels Vinyasa Flow

This practice is a beautiful flowing sequence of postures linked together with your breath. This class challenges you to embrace the rhythm of your breath while exploring your strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance. You can expect to explore your limits while honoring where you are on your yogic journey.

Yin Yoga

This class restores the body and soul through longer (2-5 minute) holds of gentle flexibility poses, supported by blocks, bolsters, blankets, etc. These extended asanas promote health and flexibility of fascia, ligaments, and tendons, and allows the mind to rest in a more meditative state. Poses can be made accessible to various ability levels. This practice is perfect for anyone in need of extra relaxation and introspection.

Slow Flow & Deep Stretch

Start class by moving through a slow paced vinyasa flow. Once the body is warm we will melt into deep stretches to release tension & tap into the parasympathetic nervous system. Class appropriate for all levels and will include a mini meditation.

Candlelight Deep Stretch

Release stress from your busy week and melt into deep, intentional stretches meant to support and sooth the body. This class will release tension, promote active recovery & help you tap into your parasympathetic nervous system. Class will be gently lit by candlelight to promote relaxation.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep," is a deeply relaxation practice that allows participants to access a state of conscious relaxation. Rooted in ancient yogic traditions, this practice guides individuals through a systematic meditation technique that induces a state of profound calmness while still being aware and present. With regular practice, Yoga Nidra can help alleviate stress, anxiety, and insomnia, while fostering clarity, creativity, and inner growth.
