Handstand Workshop with Kyle Weiger
Saturday and Sunday June 14th + 15th from 10am-1pm
This workshop is designed with beginners in mind—but it’s also ideal for anyone who’s been working at the wall and hasn’t quite found consistent freestanding balance yet. You’ll gain essential tools, effective drills, and actionable insights to help you break through plateaus and build lasting confidence in your handstand practice.
For those already balancing away from the wall, this seminar will guide you into the next phase of your training, introducing intermediate to advanced progressions.
Led by Kyle, this workshop blends techniques from his diverse background in Dance, Yoga, Gymnastics, and Acrobatics. You’ll learn a streamlined, no-fluff approach that cuts through the noise and shows you exactly where to focus your energy for real results.
