Kid’s Yoga
Join us for monthly pop ups on Saturday afternoons!
Baby + Me Yoga:
Join us for an hour of a gentle yoga flow that includes your baby. You can follow along with Andi and her baby, you can nurse/bottle feed if that's what baby needs, or you can simply sit and be in the presence of other parents and babies. Andi will focus on gentle poses for parents that can be done easily with baby nearby and some poses that even include baby. This is meant to nourish the parent especially because we give and give all day; give some love back to you with baby nearby. Please make sure your doctor or midwife has cleared you for activity. This is best for parents and babies 6 weeks to one year postpartum.
Kids Yoga (Ages 3-12):
Parents are encouraged to come with their child to experience together a fun way to get involved in the practice of yoga and mindfulness. We begin with the basic postures that make up traditional yoga asanas and we end with a short meditation focusing on the 5 senses. This class will build the muscle memory and brain to body connection for your child's life time practice. We will play fun music to ensure your child has a memorable time that will have them asking for more!
