Buti Yoga

Buti is a music-driven movement practice that combines dynamic yoga poses, primal movement, intentional shaking, cardio-dance bursts and deep core conditioning. This one class has it all & may just be the soulmate workout you've been searching for!


Buti Sculpt & Bands

This class combines cardio movements with yoga poses for Sculpt in a HIIT style format (40 sec on, 20 sec off) followed by rounds of Bands using the same format to strengthen our glutes and core. Guaranteed to make you sweat, but you might not notice because you're having so much fun!
